Free of charge services:

- Search the database for properties all over the world
- Transportation services for property demo tours
- Not licensed appraisal services
You pay:
- Only 2.5% brokerage fee of the sale/purchase transaction value, and 50% of the monthly rental value for long-term leased, and 20% for short-term leased, and only if the transaction is committed
- Cost for the appraisal of your appraised property, when licensed appraisal is necessary
- For 1 sq. m. construction works only - starts from 93,000 AMD (depending on the used materials)
- For 1sq. m. repairing and renovation works - starts from 124,000 AMD (also depends on the materials' quality
- for 1 sq. m. plain construction and fixing up -starts from 248,000 AMD
